OUR 30-DAY RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you love your new watch but, if for any reason, you need to return or exchange your item(s) you have 30 days to return the purchase(s).

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

Simply complete a Repair/Returns Form noting your reason for return and any further information we may require. Once shipped, please make a note of your tracking number and ensure you keep a copy of proof of postage.

RETURNS POLICY

Watches and accessories can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt subject to the goods remaining in original, unworn condition with the original packaging. For all returns, please ensure you complete a Repair/Returns Form. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service when returning your items, as the goods are your responsibility whilst in transit.

If you have not received your refund within 10 days of returning your order, please contact us. Please note that we will be unable to assist you if you have not retained proof of postage.
