(Please Note: All returned watches must be returned in the condition they were dispatched to qualify for a refund.  Damage to the watch, movement, strap, buckle, crown, or face will significantly affect whether any refund can be offered.  All parts sent with a dispatched watch must also be returned, e.g., bracelet links after adjustment. Returned damaged watches cannot be resold.)
