Personal information
At Wagstaff we understand that you’ll want to know how we use the personal information that you provide to us.
When you are shopping with us, we may collect personal information when you are creating an account, making a purchase as well as data collected by cookies.
What are cookies?
Cookies are very small text files that are stored on your device’s hard drive when you visit websites.
They contain information that helps the website to identify and track the visitor. Cookies do no harm to your computer – they consist only of text and can’t contain viruses.
We use first-party cookies and third-party cookies for the main purposes of web functionality, web statistics and advertising.
Why do we use cookies?
Some cookies are needed to enable the website to work properly. The cookies keep track of your settings and make your shopping experience more convenient, for example by recognising your device and remembering your preferences and settings.
Cookies are also used to collect usage data such as duration of session, pages viewed, if a transaction was made or demographic data such as origin, gender and age. This information is used for analytical purposes and allows us to create the best shopping experience for you. The cookies we use do not collect any information that can be used to track or identify individuals.
No junk emails
Junk mail can be annoying. So we will only send you marketing information such as items and promotions that match your profile, and only if you want them. If you decide that you no longer wish to receive emails from Wagstaff, you can unsubscribe at any time. We promise your details will never be sold to an unconnected third party for marketing purposes.
What information do we collect?
We collect information you provide us with when creating an account, signing up for our newsletter or when buying from us. For these purposes we need to have your name, address and contact information. The cookies may collect session information such as pages viewed, session duration, transactions made and demographics such as origin, gender and age. This helps us improve our website and therefore our offering to you.
In order to process your order and deliver what you’ve bought we may have to pass your information to people at our dispatch service and our delivery company. Any details passed on to these third parties will only be used for those purposes and cannot be used by these companies in their own right.
Disclosures of your information
You have the right to request access to your data and if anything is incorrect you can change or remove it.
You can disable any already stored cookies on your computer by changing your browser settings for cookies. You can also use opt-out programs (for example, Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on) in order to prevent cookies from being used. But please bear in mind that these settings may stop our website from functioning properly.
Updates
Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. Any updates we make will be posted on this page.
